FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Turn around time for galleries is 1-2 weeks, depending on the time of year.

What should we wear for our session?

Something comfortable! I suggest picking around 3 colors and coordinate the outfits from there and either going with a warm palette or a cool palette. We can discuss more on this if you have questions and need help!

What if I don't like the windy look and the sand between my toes?

If wind blown hair and sandy feet are your enemy, I'd suggest an off beach session which takes place in one of our iconic towns or parks. I do offer an Off Beach Mini Session in Cerulean Park in Watercolor for $495.

What if we get rained out?

On days when there is potential inclement weather, we usually wait it out and see if it clears up by sunset. If it does not and is a wash out, we try to reschedule for the next available session. If we aren't available to reschedule, the deposit can be kept on file for a future session or it can fully refunded.

How do I finalize my booking?

For Family Sessions a $200 deposit secures your session and goes towards the balance of your chosen package. For weddings, 1/3 of the total is due for the deposit and a signed contract secures your wedding date.

How did you get into photography?

I switched my major in college from Graphic Design to Fine Art Photography after my 3rd semester at Mississippi State after I fell in love with it. After moving to Grayton Beach I worked in commercial photography for a bit and then moved onto Family and Wedding second shooting for Sheila Goode. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement she urged me to start my own business and I've been shooting here at the beach ever since! Thanks to her mentorship and the fabulous people I've met along the way, I have a thriving business here on 30-A!
